| After working in large corporate environments, Manojit Sinha and Kevin Keyfauver joined forces and opened the doors of S&K Engineers in January 1996. From the onset, the firm’s growth was explosive and S&K was recognized by many of the region’s top A/E/C firms and developers as a major player in the field of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering. After a few years, Manojit and Kevin began building relationships directly with project owners acting as the prime consultant on various utility infrastructure, sustainability, and general engineering projects.
As the firm continued to flourish, Lester Jung was brought onboard as a principal in 2001. In 2007, John Holland also joined the ranks as principal of the firm. To this day, the firm has sustained a manageable staff size, allowing the principals to be actively engaged in each project to closely manage the design process, budget, and schedule ensuring the success of each undertaking. The firm is certified as a Small Business Enterprise (SBE), Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE).
