Growing up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with a father who founded one of the first engineering firms in the region, it seemed like destiny for John to follow suit. He excelled in high school mathematics and physics, which subsequently earned him admission to study engineering at the college level. His curiosity about how things work and their related theories spurred his academic success. Upon earning a bachelor’s degree, John decided to pursue his master’s degree while continuing to work part-time at a large A/E firm. His graduate studies were reinforced through practical application in the workforce and John was quickly rewarded for his natural ability to manage projects and please clients. When he joined forces with S&K, it was immediately apparent that John would be a valuable asset to the S&K team because of his well-honed project management skills. He is often seen in his office at late hours, working to ensure his project schedules, manpower, budgets and paperwork are all in line.
